High level in TSH
Sir i have done my blood test in Lal Patho Lab and the report shows that my T3 and T4 are normal but my TSH reading is showing 7.10. Sir I just want to know is it really a matter of concern for me and sir plz suggest what are the restrictions in food and can i eat some oily foods like vada and samosa once in a month.

Your thyroid values are suggestive of subclinical hypothyroidism. At this stage you may not need any treatment. You should get another test known as anti TPO antibodies. If they are raised there is chance that TSH will increase further in future and you may need treatment.
