High I.E.G of 400
I have got high ieg of 400 and offcourse limitations of eating various food. When the allergy attacks i get running nose, coughs and breathing issues. How to treat allergy, high ieg?

Hello High Ig E count is due to allergy. Specific trigger can  be  identified by allergy testing which will help in permanent relief Thank you
