High hemoglobin level
I did blood test and found high hemoglobin level 19g/dl so please suggest how to reduce this hemoglobin level and what can be causes..?

Kindly verify if you have chronic hypoxia. Do you live at high altitude or is there  exposure to smoke.

Eat food which is iron free ,otherwise u might need to go for blood transfusion. Consult a good physician near by you.
