High heart rate
Last week I had fever(non covid) for 3 days (101).During the course, I had high heart rate at rest around 100-110 bpm. It's been a week since I recovered.
Before fever, my heart rate used to be 65bpm at rest.
Now, it's constantly between 80-85 bpm and quickly goes above 100 when there's any change in posture and then falls back to 85-88. I do not have any Symptoms like dizziness or chest pain. My ecg was taken a month back before fever and was normal.
Is this something to worry about?

Normal heart rate is 60 to 100. Fluctuating within that range is normal
