High hcg level
5 week 3 days 51000 hcg ...had an early ultrasound scan by 4 weeks saw gestational sac ( 4.1 mean ) yolk sac seen asked to take scan after 3 weeks to see fetal pole and heartbeat . But my HCG is very high . Is it normal or twins ? Pls advice.

The level of hcg is within normal limits
If there is single gestational sac then the possibility of twins is very remote
