High fever, severe joint pain
I am having high fever since two days with severe joint pain. The pain is so much that I can't move, even can't open the lid of a water bottle. Took paracetamo which reduced the symptoms.

This looks like Fever with Polyarthralgias.Possiblity of Infection or even Autoimmune Arthritis.Kindly get hospitalised and get investigated. Basic blood profile,Urine tests, Infection markers , Markers of inflammation are the initial tests advisable.Get Proper physical examination done by a Physician / Internist ( Postgraduate DNB or Post MD )
