  4. High fever. please advise. Rantac!

High fever.. please advise
Hello Sir/Madam, My sister is having severe body pain and at time very high fever.. We gave her paracetamol, ciprofloxacin as antibiotic and becosules.. After providing above described medicines fever is down but after sometime the temperature raise again to 2 degree - 3 degree.. Also there is stomach-ache due to acidity.. So we r giving rantac
