My 6 yr old boy suffering form 103.5 fever I am giving him metal p and amoxcyllin 400 mg But still fever occur in just 3 hrs What should I do?

Kindly provide more details. Since how many days is the fever? What is the weight of the child and the dose your giving? Was antibiotics recommended or have you started on your own? Any other symptoms
