High fever and shivering with dry coughi

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Two days ago in afternoon headache start and in evening body temp rises after 1-2 hour I was feeling so much cold and began to shiever . Headache doesn't stop and with shiever get I was sweatinga lot. Yesterday I was feeling normal after eating "sumo" tablet. Fever and çold again hit me today with continuous dry coughing
