High fever again and again
Fever is coming continuously. If i take paracetamol with some sleep. The body temperature drops and it's Ok like i am perfectly fine. But again in 3-4 hours fever comes and dizzyness starts

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Meftal-forte thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Take rest. Have a soft diet.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
