High fever after hepatitis B vaccine
My 1 yr old got vaccinated yesterday of Hepatitis B and since then he is getting high fever (103). We are giving paracetamol and cal-cam syrus but fever getting continuously coming and going. Pls here as here in germany there is no helpline on weekends. Home remodies or any international medication preferred.

Give Paracetamol 15 mg/ kg/dose , can repeat after 6 hours if fever continue, do tepid sponging

Hep b vaccination  rarely causes fever . Any way if fever is there u need to give paracetamol . Vaccination related fever tend to remain max for 48 hrs
