High fever after hepatitis B vaccine
My 1 yr old got vaccinated yesterday of Hepatitis B and since then he is getting high fever (103). We are giving paracetamol and cal-cam syrus but fever getting continuously coming and going. Pls here as here in germany there is no helpline on weekends.

Give Paracetamol 15 mg/ kg/dose , can repeat after 6 hours if fever continue, do tepid sponging

Hep b vaccination rarely causes fever .
Any way if fever is there u need to give paracetamol .
Vaccination related fever tend to remain max for 48 hrs
