HIGH DIRECT BILIRUBIN
Have been a regular drinker from last 10 yrs. TOTAL BILIRUBIN - 0.70 Direct bilirubin- 0.40 ALT- 58 and AST - 59 which was much higher three months back GGTP- 40 Total Protein-8.80 Globulin-3.70 HB level- 17 Blood smears- Normocytic normochromic rbc Kindly suggest if I'm having any liver disease or blood related issues

Present liver function test report seems ok.

You have marginally elevated liver enzymes. Kindly get sonography of liver done to check for size and echotexture of liver ( usually alcoholic fatty liver is common in patients who consume alcohol on regular basis). You need to cut down/ stop on alcohol consumption and meet with liver specialist to prevent long term damage that could potentially occur if alcohol consumption persists
