She has diabetes from one year .. after a proper diet the level of diabetes never let down .. she lost her husband before 4 month after that her health is not gud ,feeling weakness, high diabetes please suggest me something that helps to her..

You have written about diet but not mentioned the medicines she is on for diabetes......if diabetes is severe only diet control will not help....you need to assess the target organ damage and start medicines for lowering sugars.......physician consult needed

I can understand your concern.
She needs to make a lot of diet changes.
Foods with high glycemic index should be avoided.
Carbonated beverages and junk foods to be avoided.
Avoid high salt intake.
Reduce it.
Avoid using soy sauce also in the food.
Consult a diabetologist in person for further evaluation and management.

Hi. .. Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise.....
