High CRP for heart health
Sir/ma'am I took ESR and CRP test willingly without any symptoms as such, as my family was taking it. I found my CRP is 4.86 mg/L and ESR 10mm/hr. My report says CRP of +2 is indicative of heart issues. Kindly suggest how to lower my CRP and have a good heart health.

No worries. Enjoy your life and practise healthy lifestyle. Don't rely only on reports. Symptoms are more important than lab values and their correlation is important.

Dear such lab testing sometimes helpful, but many times confusing. The CRP is increased in several conditions. If there are any issues, even minor issues it can rise. Your ESR is normal. All in all, I wouldn’t loose my sleep on this. However, if you have any symptoms you could have a consultation with some benefits; instead of launching series of tests! Best wishes

CRP is a non specific marker of inflammation. If it's raised, but you have no problems at present; repeat it after 2 weeks.
Next Steps
Need a proper consultation for detailed tips regarding healthy heart.
