High CRP and ESR and Covid 19 risk

I want to ask a question that due to Ankylosing Spondylitis my ESR is 39 and CRP is 55 . It has been consistent since last 1.5 years. Now I have studied that Covid 19 will be worse for patients having crp more than 1.
In my case please advice what should I do as I m doing a job in a regular basis.
