High cholestrol
I have very high cholestrol, how to reduce my cholestrol level? which food shoulf i take? or which not? and what to do about my cholestrol?? plz plz help me

FOODS TO AVOID 1)Fat like butter, ghee,dalda and coconut oil 2)All fried foods 3)pickles ,oily gravies 4)coconut milk 5)Dried Fruits n nuts 6)mutton,beef,pork,ham,bacon,sausages,egg yolk 7)bakery products like cakes , Pepsi, coke 8)milk products like know , cream 9) bottled drinks like Fanta , Pepsi coke Foods ALLOWED TO EAT 1) Green vegetables salad 2)Green leafy vegetables 3)boiled vegetables except potato, topioca coalcacia 4)clear vegetables soups 5)plain Soda water 6)lime n tomato juice Instructions to follow 1) only Refined oil should be used for cooking Allowance per day 4 to 5 spoons 2) intake of whole milk should not exceed 300ml per day . If skimmed milk Is used , Allowance per day can be increased to 500 ml 3)NoN vegetarian foods permitted in the diet are only chicken and fish . Allowance per day 50 - 75 GMs . Two egg white is permitted in the diet every day 4)To Enhance fiber intake in the diet , whole grams , whole pulses , and whole wheat flour preparations should be included generously in the diet 5) sugars , honey , jams , jellies and sweets which contribute to calories in the diet should be taken in moderation 6) A low salt diet is recommended. Foods should be cooked with less salt and food rich in salt like chips , pickles , papads , salted snacks , salted biscuits , sauces , ketchup and tinned and canned foods should be avoided 7) Dal can be included in the diet Twice Daily
