High cholestrol and grade 1 fatty liver

Asked for Male, 27 Years

How can I reverse it and will it be cured for permanently ?cholestrol -280, triglycerides 180, ldl 180. Grade 1 fatty liver and shape is normal.

Cut down sugar intake. At least 150 min / week moderate exercise. Cut down red meat. Cut down alcohol. Increase fiber intake. No need of any drug treatment at present. Repeat lipids after these lifestyle modifications for 3 months and then consult.
