He has high cholesterol and a really fat belly. He does no exercise and not really a diet conscious person. Please suggest me the do's and dont's for foods especially. Whether some special foods that he should take?

Hello,with practice and strict adherence to diet he can loose weight. He should not have junk foods . He should avoid oily food items , high carbohydrates containing foods . Basically it's low carbohydrates moderate protein containing foods . Adding vegetables and fruits to his diet is good way. He should not skip meals . He should have meals at regular time so that his hunger gets satisfied and he'll not be tempted to have outside foods .
