Hello there, my father when he climb steps more then 20, his birthing and heart beat increases to very high, then it followed by asthma kind of breathing. Please suggest what do in this case.

Hello possible causes like
Exertional dyspnoea
Copd
Asthma
Cardiac failure should be ruled out relevant investigation like echo and x ray has to be done consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
