High BP Problem
I am Asomex AT 5mg & Glyciphage 1000 from last 4 years. I am taking it regularly but from last few days my BP is 150/90 even after taking the medicine. One Dr suggested me take it twice but BP is same 150/90. I am not able to take sound sleep. My HBA1C is 7.3 in March 20.
Pl suggest how can I bring down my BP immediately.
