Donot worry about your fluctuations in blood pressure or vertigo or anxiety state of mind. These are simply due to excess TSH formation in brain leading to hypothyroidism which you are suffering from presently. Keep salt restrictions in diet. Stress or panic conditions may provoke your blood pressure to rise high. Infact stressful conditions or highly excited condition of your mind may also come to you due to excess formation of thyroid stimulating hormone. So avoid over stress and panic attacks conditions. Practise yoga twice daily. Keep taking medicines under consultant endocrinologist or consult any endocrinologist urgently. In your case, dosage adjustment may also be necessary for treatment of hypothyroidism. So,consult endocrinologist urgently. Remember to check level of TSH in blood as per doctor advice or every 3months.
