I check my pressure at home, and it read as follows. 144SYS, 69DIA, 84PULSE/MIN. Are these numbers ok, or should I be worried.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
These numbers aren't ok if they have been measured by a mercurial blood pressure measuring device.
But if it's from a automatic, then you have to get it checked out by a mercurial blood pressure machine.
Automatic machines are not accurate and may give false readings.
