High blood pressure
First time i have checked my bp... yesterday it is arround 150 and today also i have rechecked it 160 please help

Get Blood pressure checked in a clinic by a doctor. If three readings are constantly high, doctor will automatically put you on tablets. Reduce salt intake in your diet. Exercise regularly. Get routine blood tests done.
