Treatment for osteophytic lipping on posterior and anterior part of cervical spine causing dizziness weakness in hands and legs,extreme headache.Now dizziness is reduced after 5 months treatment but weakness is still there.Today she was having little breathlessness.So visited a local chemist to check bp it is 190.what should be done ?Can it cause stroke or any other serious disorder.What should be done right now.Will any treatment for it will be done?What should be precautionary measures that should be taken today to avoid any serious conditions.Age 52yrs female
