My total bilirubin is 5.2 . Direct is 2 and indirect is 3.2 . Is this too high and how to bring it down . SGPT is normal but SGOT is high as 140. Pls advise

Yes dear...this bilirubin is high and the pattern of bilirubin and AST increase suggests that there is some hemolysis ( break down of your red blood cells) is going on.
