High&rapidly rising fever
I was feeling tired today morning in office. Then I started getting cold and shivering. I also pass urine multiple times when i feel cold. Towards 5pm I developed fever. At 6:30pm it was 101.3, at 7 pm 101.9, at 7:30 103.4. All temperatures were taken in mouth. I had taken crocin advance at 7 pm. Should I meet a general physician right now itself or wait till tomorrow morning?

Hi there understand your concern... There are many conditions which present with fever... Fever may be due to urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infection, gastroenteritis, malaria, typhoid, dengue, tuberculosis, viral infection etc...so detailed examination and evaluation is necessary... Take over the counter paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily and do tepid sponging...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
