High AMH.
Hello Doc, My wife 30 years, weighting 78 kgs suffers from PCOD and recently got AMH test done. Reports states AMH as 6.27 ng/ml, which is higher then desirable value. Her T3,T4 and TSH are all normal, F3 is 3.8 6pg/ml(slightly high), F4 0.87ng/ml; Prolactin is 10.59 ng/ml, LH 3.99 mIU/ml and FH 6.06 mIU/ml. All the tests were done on 2nd day of menses. Will naturally getting pregnant possible?

Wat is her BMI?Ask her to reduce weight by diet and exercise.natural conception may b possible if weight loss acheived
