High AEC count  anal irritation ,fissure
My AEC count is always in either 3000 or 4000. Is this any way connected to my bowel movement as I pass the almost 4 times a day . Now I am having burning sensation near the anus ,and my sigmoidoscopy state i have anal fissure and grade 1 internal hemorrhoids.
