Hiatus hernia and Surya namaskar
Hello,
I have GERD since 10 years and Hiatus Hernia since 2 years. My GERD symptoms are more since a month. I am doing suryanamaskar in the morning (empty stomach). Will it adversly affect hiatus hernia?

As Hiatal hernia is a mechanical defect so better to rectify that Surgically rather then bring on medicines for life long
