Had severe constipation since 2012 try many treatments nothing works,lost almost 10kgs had endoscopy and colonscopy resulting in chronic duodenitis , esophagitis La grade a and hiatal hernia 2cm. Since then on nexpro 40mg (osemprazole) but now i always tired my poop is not bulky and yellow

If u have lost 10 kg then it need detail evaluation to rule out any organic disease
