I am in high school I go to yoga to be fit my parents have to shake me at least 5 times I even don't hear the alarm I eat a lot. Is this my problem please suggest a good diet and please give me tips on how to get up early I am a vegetation

you need motivation... watch some clips...you need to do regular physical exercise...also, make routine...time management, daily activity schedule.... good luck
