SIX Month Ago, after recoverd from covid, My heart rate become higher and it generally goes upto 120 .. I did ecg and echo 5 months ago, Echo report showed normal and ecg showed tachycardia.. Then i did TFT, And found hyperthyroidism and now it is cured.. Nowadays my heart rate again increases and reaches upto 120 during working hours and at morning after get up it remains between 80-90 .. I feel anxious when heart rate increases .. I also feel heaviness in head .. And I'm aslo taking antidepressent from last month but did not feel better.. What to Do???

Hyperthyroidism can cause tachycardia even if it is within normal limit it might take some time to settle the heartrate. Regular exercise walking meditation yoga can help to control sustained HR.
ECG and Echo is normal. So unlikely these are cardiac symptoms. Regular exercise and meditation yoga will help.
