What has been done on the front teeth ?? Are there any crowns or a filling on the teeth. And do you have pain while having hot and cold food stuffs ? There might be some sensitivity also associated if the filling was done very close to the nerve tissues of the teeth. You need to get the X-rays done and check up from the dentist.cause the pain might keep increasing.
