Hi Dear Doctor I'm losing muscle mass
Without trying like no workout are dieting.. Muscle mass lost rapidly mostly in legs and shoulders region.. I don't have bp or diabetes both are normal.. I have acid reflux gerd problem only.. Recently from last 45 days have cut sugar items..other than the normal diet i even eat non veg like chicken, fish and mutton.. But don't know what is the reason.. plz help me out
