Hi, 7weeks pregnancy - gynecologist
Hi, My wife now 7weeks pregnant. We went for hospital in hosur. They suggested dydroboon tablet. My first kid was 3.5years old. In that time they given , initially folic acid followed by shellcal and livogen tablets. But here they given, dydroboon. This tablet is different from early. Why they given. Is this good. Shall we continue dydroboon. Plz suggest. Which tablets can we take in 7wks pregnancy.

Dydroboon is given in early pregancy if there was a previous history of pregnancy loss or if the current pregnancy was conceived after a long time /following infertility treatment or sometimes its given just to support the uterine endometrium to lessen the chances of threatened abortion.

Dydroboon is given for female infertility and also heps to regularise menstruation. It is safe in pregnancy but why it given in this case needs more of history.
