Mera miscarriage ho gya tha 2 month nahi hua the natual blooding start ho gai thi abhi monthly period is regular hai but my belly and hip fat increase . i m doing yoga daily but no decrease my weight what can i do . back pain also

Hello mam - you have to follow balanced diet low calorie low carbohydrate with two times fat burning poses I.e yoga . Briskly Walk is very good to burn calories as much as possible.
