Heterogeneous echotexture of liver
As per ultrasound scan report of today, it has been observed that "heterogeneous echotexture of liver with irregular nodular surface of concern for chronic liver parenchymal disease" and "mild ascites". Similar observation was made in ultrasound scan earlier this month but doctors told it is fatty liver and nothing to worry. Today the radiologist said that there is serious problem and liver is totally gone. Also, as per liver profile test done earlier this month, functionality is normal. Pls advise if there is anything abnormal as per today's report finding?
