I went through Casual STD tests, in that report all came as negative but only
HSV-IgG came as positive. Could some please brief me on this, am i still infected with the virus? Is it safe to have sex with my partner? is that infection passes to others?

IgG positive means Herpes infection is there in your body for sometime. HSV 1 IgG positive means oral (kissing etc) and HSV 2 IgG positive spreads through vaginal sex to the partner.
get treated with HSV medication and your partner also should take tablets simultaneously.
