Herpes safe or not
At the age of 11 my friend had blister in her thighs not on genitals , she was diagnosed with herpes now she is 20 and have no recent outbreak since 9 years .Is it safe for her partner to have intercourse since no outbreaks were observed?

Yes it was always safe as there were no genital blisters .Live normally
