I can understand your concern.
We don't provide estimates because we don't mediate in anything.
The cost depends on the place you are from, the hospital and the type of surgery you want.
Also, we don't know if you can get any loan because we are not a loan company either.
If you have some symptoms which you need a consult about, then you can post here.
For other things we cannot do anything.
But just to give you a general idea, the surgery can cost anywhere north of 15-20k in Bangalore.
