I am hiv postive. Detected it 10 years back. Passed through blood transfusion. Under ART from 10 years with undetectable viral load.
I am diagnosed with left hernia. Which is causing severe pain.

Hello.
A painful hernia is a condition which you should be addressing at the earliest. There may be chances of a part of your bowel getting in the hernia sac which may be the reason for your pain. HIV is not a contraindication for surgery and you should consult a general surgeon soon.
