Hepatomaegaly & Mild Splenomegaly
I would like to know what is moderate hepatomegaly with grade 3 fatty charges & Mild splenomegaly. How it effects the body. Whenever I woke up I couldn't find myself fresh. I could feel the pain at the left side of lower adomena and at thigh. Is it curable.

U are suffering from some liver pathology which has resulted in all the above symptoms, to know the exact cause further history of ur symptoms and investigation should be done, if u had such deranged usg then ur liver profile will also be deranged , means u r r suffering from jaundice which is responsible for all above symptoms. Most common diagnosis at ur age is liver cirrohosis if u r a alcoholic.
