Hepatits B from skin contact

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Can i get hepatits B by touching the skin of a HBsag postive person. There was no blood or other bodily fluid contact, but if there was dried blood in the skin and i touched it and rubbed my eyes. I have no cuts or any breaks on my hands or skin Im becoming paranoid lately. I am recieved vaccination for Hepatits B with my last dose being in 2002. I did a Blood test in October 20122 with my Anti HBS levels being 62 MIU/ml.
