Hepatitis B
He just had a laser operation of kidney stone 10 days before, so at that time it was diagnosed as hbsag +ve. So is it chronic hepatitis B? Is Hepatitis B is curable? He never had jaundice or such... Can hbsag test can be wrong sometimes do we need to reconfirm once.. Please advise.... It has already gave lot of stress to him

Hi, if done in a accredited lab usually the report are authentic. It is better to see a gastroenterologist.

There is treatment available for hepatitis B. 1st recheck with another alb n found same result then consult any Gastroenterologist.
