I went to a Barbershop and while combing my hair fastly with comb he ruptured my pimple on my forehead and there is a small bleeding from my pimple. With this lead to diseases like Hepatitis B,C etc.???

Yes this are source of infection if no proper disinfection done
Better consult so that appropriate test can be done to look for such infection
