Hepatitis A - SGPT 5261, SG0T 3552

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I had not been eating since February 29 and was experiencing vomiting and nausea. When I consulted a doctor, they recommended a liver function test (LFT). I got the test done on March 1, and the results showed extremely high levels of SGPT and SGOT. Following the doctor's advice, I was hospitalized on March 1. As of today, March 7, my SGPT has decreased to 742, and my SGOT has reduced to 148. I am still hospitalized. Is my recovery slow, and when can I expect to be discharged? Alkaline phosphatase and GGT got increased after hospital. Is this a concern? Attached are the reports

I assume you are suffering from acute Hepatitis A,it is self limiting disease.I don't think you need hospitalisation,It will resolve within 4 to 6 weeks complelety.Better you can take discharge and rest at home
