Hempushpa effectiveness
Is Hempushpa effective. I have irregular periods. For eg. For 2months it will be like 28days cycle and for the next month it will be of 35days cycle. Is there any other medicine or cycle for making periods regular?

Hi , you haven't mentioned your age and weight.Test for thyroid hormones is also needed. You can start with following medicines . Rajpravartani vati - 1 tab after lunch and dinner with dashmoolarishta 4tsf mixed with 1/4 cup Luke warm water. Start it from 5days before your due date of menses .stop rajpravartani vati when bleeding starts and continue with dashmoolarishta only. Repeat it for 4-5 months .

Its very common problem nowadays so no need to worry but you need to take care of it now only to avoid progress of the condition.
