I've been suffering from piles.since so many days.it is out of anus balloon like structure.when I pass stool it's really painful nd bleeding.how we treat it vth without surgery.is there any solution plz doctors help me out of this condition.

Your description sounds like you have grade 3/4 hemorrhoids. Please visit a general surgeon who can examine you and confirm this.
Unfortunately there is no option for treatment of grade 3/4 piles except surgery. Stapled hemorrhoidectomy is a good option with quick recovery
