Now a days while doing bowel getting pain when I give pressure feeling that something is coming out through my anus. Previously when I consult Doctor he had suggested due to constipation you may giving pressure and Doctor had suggest to have AGIOLAX after food now if I sit for while I am getting pain on my buttocks.

I understand your pain.
This might be because of the constipation you had before and you sais that you noticed something coming out from the anal sphincter during defecation that might be a blood thrombus or a hemorrhoid. You should consult a general surgeon for you assistance and you will get better advice if you are willing to consult.
