Hemoglobin problem
My hemoglobin level is 7 ..i request to suggest some food items...or a diet..to increase the level.. and how much should level should i have?

Hello, yes you have severe anemia (low hemoglobin). For you hemoglobin 12gm% is ideal. Simple blood tests diagnose what type of anemia you are having (iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, and anemia due to other diseases). You need to take hematenic supplements. Consult physician for further workup. Eat more of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and vegetables, jaggery in your daily diet.
